- Contact us using the "contact us" link at the top of the page, or call us at: (412) 468-4653
- We will send a form to you called, "PM Dealer Transaction Record" Look for it in the email address which you provide to us.
- Send your scrap to us in a secure manner. Be sure to send the completed form with your scrap lot.
- Your lot will be recorded on the date of receipt, and this date will be used as a reference when calculating the settlement.
- Scrap is separated for either gold or silver containing scrap and then melted down into a bar of homogeneous alloy for each type of metal. Bars are then weighed and assayed.
- The settlement is made based on the recovered weight and the assay results.
- Payment is sent to you, or pure metal is available for exchange.
